Take care of your jewelry


Like everything valuable, jewelry needs a little care and attention to keep it shining like new.
Below you will find some recommendations to keep your jewelry looking perfect.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, and cosmetics, as these can alter the natural shine of metals and stones.

  • Put on your jewelry after getting ready (perfume, makeup, cream...)

Take them off before sleeping, exercising, or showering.

  • Although they are made to accompany you, conscious use prolongs their beauty.

Clean your jewelry gently, using, for example, a cloth or chamois (there are specific ones for each metal).

  • If necessary, use a little warm water and neutral soap.
  • Do not use abrasive products, hard brushes, or chemicals such as household cleaners.
  • For natural pearl jewelry, avoid getting it wet. Use only a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
  • Pearls should never be subjected to ultrasonic cleaners.

Avoid jacuzzis, swimming pools and the ocean.

  • Contact with treated water can damage the surface and shine of your jewelry. These chemicals even act internally, on the structure of metals, stones, and pearls.
  • There are imperceptible microcurrents in the sea that can significantly affect your pieces.

Pearls are living, delicate and unique jewels.

  • Store them protected from rubbing, direct sunlight and moisture.

Gold plating reapplication.

  • Gold plating wear is natural, even with proper care. Typically, a professional re-plating is recommended every 2 to 4 years to maintain a perfect shine and finish.

Your ring size

To know your size:

  • Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it to the size chart.
  • You can also measure the circumference of your finger with a tape measure, loosely adjusting it, and check the corresponding value.

Returns and Warranty

Returns:

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, especially for you. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing error or defect .

If this occurs, a review can be requested within 15 days of delivery .

Warranty:
We offer a 3-year warranty , in accordance with Spanish and European regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, normal wear and tear, pulling, shocks, exposure to chemicals, etc. (Please read the "Care for Your Jewelry" section).
